The Bay Physician Recruitment and Retention Program has released a video to assist in physician recruitment efforts.
Produced by the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board, the video features scenes and attractions in the Quinte West and Brighton area that highlight the lifestyle available to prospective physicians. Several local doctors describe what drew them to the area, and what keeps them here.
Docs by the Bay plans to use the video at university career fairs, and distribute it to prospective candidates who express interest in the area.
