The HKPR District Health Unit says there are 6 confirmed COVID-19 cases at Cobourg Collegiate Institute (CCI.)
The school posted a letter on its website yesterday, indicating the total of six confirmed cases.
These individuals will stay at home until the health unit says they can return to the school.
In the letter, it says all close contacts have been contacted.
The letter goes on to say that an outbreak has not been declared at the school, as in all cases there is evidence of exposure outside the school.
The HKPR District Health Unit has not updated their COVID-19 dashboard since Saturday, but says they will be updating it late today.
