Driver shortages have been the cause for some school bus cancellations to start the year.
Joel Sloggett from Student Transportation Services of Central Ontario says sadly, it means the same routes will be cancelled.
Sloggett adds that the hiring process can be difficult as well as it relies on drivers that live in that specific area, that also are available early in the morning and mid-afternoon.
