The next court date for 39 year old Jason Bickle has been arranged. The court proceeding will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 1st at 9am.
Bickle, a resident of Port Hope is facing charges that include impaired driving, dangerous operation causing death and dangerous operation after a fatal single vehicle collision in August had taken place.
The fatal collision occurred on Sylvan Glen Road in Port Hope on August 4th near 11pm. Police have stated that the vehicle left the roadway and struck the ditch.
23 year old Serena Shaw of Hamilton Township, who was a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced deceased.
