A town in Trent Hills is in the spotlight following a feature from a CBC show.
Last week, CBC’s Still Standing, a TV show highlighting small towns in Canada that have seen a second life beyond their original founding, profiled the village of Warkworth.
Jodi Adams, Chair of the Warkworth Business Association said they saw the impact of the show right after it aired.
Adams said business is booming in Warkworth right now, and exposure like this only helps the community.
