A Cobourg woman has raised over $50,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
After being diagnosed with M-S in 2018, Shelby Renkiewicz started organizing fundraisers to help support the M-S Walk that takes place each spring.
Currently she’s running two fundraisers. The first is a Krispy Kreme Donut Fundraiser. One dozen donuts costs only $10 and orders need to be in by April 22.
The second fundraiser is a raffle with 115 prizes, with many donated by local businesses. Tickets will go on sale April 9th. The draw will take place live on Shelby’s fundraiser Facebook Fan Page on April 23rd, where you can also view prizes for the raffle.
