A 35-year-old Cobourg woman has been charged with break and enter after police received a report of theft of packages.
On Tuesday, Cobourg Police say they got a call about a break and enter at an address on William Street.
Police say the caller reported that at 3:00 a.m. that morning, an unknown person forced open the lock, entered the lobby of the residential building, and took two packages.
Police say they identified a suspect based on some security footage from the building.
Lindsey Turland of Cobourg was charged with break and enter and failing to comply with probation orders.
