Nearly a month after she was reported missing, Madi Chard’s father Mark, who has been asking for help via Facebook on a daily basis, is again asking if anyone may have seen her on April 19, the day she went missing.
You can view the post here.
Mark’s full, unedited post reads as follows:
Day 27 BRING MADI HOME!
Ok so yes Madi is an addict but was clean for almost 4 years. She was falling into a deep depression again and was battling with her medication for her mental illness.
Home is her safe place and she’s loved dearly by her family and friends.
Here’s the timeline for the day she went missing on April 19th from Port Hope, Ontario, Canada.
I saw her at 6:00 am before going to work in her room, sleeping.
Her mother saw her fly out of the house at approximately 2:00 pm saying she was going to a friends. (The friends name doesn’t matter because it was a lie)
At 2:37 pm Madi arrived at 142 Walton St.
That’s what’s in the picture.
At 5:07 pm she left Walton St. with Fraser Einarsson. They walked to the Pharma Save area, where she separated to walk home. Fraser continued to Carly Magee’s.
Madi’s last text to her mother was at 5:49pm. Her mother sent her others that showed as delivered, but never read. All transactions from her phone stopped at that time.
On April 21st I went to the police station to put in a formal statement. The police pinged her phone and it came in at Philip’s Rd. Port Hope, Division St. in Cobourg and Baltimore. There were no texts or calls made from her phone since the 19th. Then her phone went dark. Either location services was turned off or the SIM card was pulled out.
On April 22nd Carly Magee told me that Madi’s phone showed up at her place but there was no case or SIM CARD.
Carly dropped it off to my house on Sunday,April 24th.
The police have the phone now with computer forensics.
This is all we know as facts. There’s many people trying to help us figure this out.
There’s also many sightings but none have been confirmed.
I believe that she’s not on a binge and embarrassed to come home. Someone has her and won’t let her go. (My opinion)
If anyone has security cameras on their property that are between 142 Walton and Pharma Save within the different routes. Also past Pharma save to the north or east, please look for footage on April 19th from 5:00 pm onward. She was wearing the Beige CAMO jacket that we suspected and can be seen in photo.
I’m reaching out to our great community to see if anyone can help fill in the blanks and help BRING MADI HOME!
Please private message me with any information that I can look into.
If you think you see her, call the police immediately so they can check on the person.
I’m overwhelmed with the offers of help and I didn’t want to jeopardize the investigation but it doesn’t seem to be bringing her home, so now maybe you can help.
