COVID’s fourth wave has surged and cases appear to be on the decline.
The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit has reported one death along with 42 new lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 according to their Wednesday data release.
Fourth doses are now available for anyone age 18+ who had their last shot at least five months ago.
And Moderna’s pediatric COVID-19 vaccine is available for kids aged six months to five years.
