Four outdoor rinks are newly open in Batawa.
The local Lions Club manages the rinks – two for recreational skating and two for hockey.
Free skating and hockey time is available from 8am to 10pm daily. Public washrooms and a heated rest and lace up area are open during rink hours.
The City of Quinte West, volunteers and the generosity of local businesses make the free skating time possible.
