A Belleville man is facing Impaired Charges
Prince Edward County OPP have charged a driver with impaired charges after a collision near Rossmore.
On February 14th, just before 4 pm, officers responded with Hastings Quinte Paramedic Services who were treating the driver for minor injuries when officers arrived on scene.
Subsequent investigation led to the drivers arrest and he was taken to Detachment for further testing.
Ryan Haydon, aged 27 of Belleville was charged with operation while impaired.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear on March 8th.
His license was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
