Northumberland did a great job to support it the first time- Now United Way Northumberland is bringing it back.
11 automotive dealerships across Northumberland County are teaming up once again for the second annual “Cars for Community” campaign, supporting United Way Northumberland.
From September 1 to November 30 of this year, those dealerships will donate $10 from every new and used vehicle sold to United Way.
Last year, the campaign raised $6,800 to support local United Way programs and funded services.
The supporting dealerships include: Campbellford Chrysler, Cobourg Honda, Cobourg Mazda, JC&DC Motors, JSC Auto Sales, Lauria Hyundai, Lauria Volkswagen, Mallory Auto, Stewart Auto Hub, Thomas Buick GMC, and Vandermeer Toyota.
Other dealerships are still welcomed to join the campaign.
