The community’s support is shining through at Northumberland Hills Hospital.
HTM Insurance Company has decided to give $250,000 to support NHH. This money will go towards important projects and medical equipment for the hospital.
The President and CEO of HTM Insurance Company, Alec Harmer, explained that their company’s board of directors decided to increase their support for NHH over the next five years. They learned about a campaign called “Exceptional Community, Exceptional Care” and realized the hospital needs financial support to make excellent healthcare possible.
HTM has been helping the hospital for a long time, starting with a $50,000 pledge in 2001 to help build NHH. They have donated a total of $226,400 since then and have been sponsoring the hospital’s gala event since 2006, making them the longest consecutive platinum gala sponsor. This new gift of $250,000 includes their commitment to being a platinum-level sponsor for the next five years, which is an additional $50,000.
