The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMHF) is preparing for its annual Boots & Bling Gala fundraising event on November 4th, 2023 and tickets are now available.
“You can wear your gown, or your blue jeans and cowboy boots,” said Wendy Warner – Executive Director of the TMHF. “We will have a live auction hosted by Boyd Sullivan and Paul Ferguson will be the evening’s emcee. There will also be live entertainment, it’s meant to be fun and interactive.”
In person this year, Boots & Bling is starting at 5:30 pm on November 4th at Hero’s Landing, 57 Stella Crescent in Trenton and, Scotiabank is returning as the title sponsor again this year.
“Scotiabank has been so supportive of the hospital over the years and this year funds raised will help is purchase a new C-Arm machine, to provide real life digital imaging for orthopedic surgeries and in our urology department,” added Warner.
A C-Arm Machine is used during orthopedic emergencies and surgeries to provide intraoperative imaging. The current unit needs to be replaced to improve the level of imaging, reduce wait times and improve patient outcomes. Currently there are five orthopedic physicians who practice at Trenton Memorial Hospital on a regular basis.
Tickets for the event are $225 each or a couple is $450. You can also purchase a table with 8 tickets for $1,800. There are also sponsorship still available too.
