A four-year Strategic Plan has been approved by the KPR District School Board
Following extensive community collaboration, the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board Trustees approved a new 2023-2026 strategic plan titled “Inspiring Excellence in Learning, Success in Life and Community.”
The board also endorsed Bill C-322, known as the National Framework for a School Food Program Act.
This meticulously crafted plan, resulting from months of discussions and engagement, reflects the input of over 2,400 participants through online collaboration.
Chairperson Jaine Klassen Jeninga emphasizes the significance of community input, while Director of Education Rita Russo expresses gratitude for the diverse voices shaping the plan, focusing on student achievement, diverse learning pathways, and inclusive environments.
