Some Rogers and Fido customers can expect higher bills starting on Jan. 17.
Depending on the customer’s plan, that increase could be between 7 and 9 dollars per month.
We spoke to Matt Hatfield of OpenMedia, a non-profit advocacy group.
He says the problem is bigger than just one company.
