Quinte West OPP are seeking public assistance in identifying a man connected to a recent theft from a local Trenton store.
On September 22, 2024, Quinte West OPP responded to a theft call from a business located on Highway 33. According to reports, the suspect fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.
Images of the suspect were captured on security cameras. The man is described as white, with a slim build, approximately 35 to 40 years old, wearing black shorts and a black Los Angeles basketball jersey with a white logo and the number 2 displayed on the front.
The OPP is asking that anyone who may have information on the suspect’s identity contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122. Alternatively, those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) and may be eligible for a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
