Quinte West has a brand-new golf simulation facility with Fairway Golf, located at 36 Gotha St., Unit 2.
The community came together earlier in October to officially mark the grand-opening of the facility, born from the shared vision of four local entrepreneurs: Andrew Curran, Randy Arnold, Brandon Scott, and Mark Illy.
“We saw a need for a space where people could enjoy golf year-round, regardless of weather,” explained Andrew Curran. “With the Quinte area growing as a golf destination, it felt like the right time to bring this vision to life.”
The partners, all described as successful business owners, combined their expertise to offer something unique for the community, reads a recent release from the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce.
Fairway Golf offers a range of services designed for both casual players and serious golf enthusiasts.
“With hourly rentals, monthly memberships that come with exclusive perks, and an on-site vending machine offering food and beverage options, the facility is designed to be a go-to spot for golfers and social gatherings alike,” reads the release.
Fairway Golf is described as a fully-automated, 24-7 facility, which has been designed for fun and competition year-round.
Golfers will have access to top-tier Trackman-powered simulation equipment, providing one of the most accurate and immersive experiences available, it was explained. There are also plans to roll out leagues, tourneys, and special events this winter, with hopes of enabling members to compete both locally and globally.
People can learn more and book times via the company’s website. The team is also accessible via email at info@thefairwaygolf.ca or by calling 613-906-9971.
