Police raids in Cambridge and Kitchener involving outlaw motorcycle gang members also led to warrants being executed in Durham region.
Four members of the Hells Angels and one member of the Red Devils have been charged.
Four people were arrested.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 5th person.
The accused are facing charges including robbery and possession of firearms and ammunition.
Stolen property and unknown narcotics were also seized by investigators.
