YMCA Northumberland has launched its ninth year of Operation Red Nose, offering safe rides home during the holiday season. The volunteer-driven program runs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Dec. 7, 14, 21, and New Year’s Eve, providing a reliable, pay-what-you-can service to prevent impaired driving.
Partnering with local police services and chaired by Avanessy Giordano Personal Injury Lawyers, the initiative raises funds for the YMCA Strong Communities campaign, which supports essential programs across Northumberland.
Residents can request a ride by calling 905-377-1218, ensuring celebrations remain safe and responsible this holiday season.
