The Canadian Pacific City Railway (CPKC) will get started on annual vegetation control efforts next week in Brighton.
In a recent notice from the Municipality of Brighton, it states CPKC plans to start its vegetation control work as of Monday, May 12, with efforts ongoing until Aug. 31.
Officials say the program is needed to eliminate brush and weeds that may become hazardous to the public and CPKC staff.
