Northumberland OPP is calling on the public for help after a break-and-enter at a Burnham Street North residence in the Township of Hamilton.
Police said between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. on May 24, 2025, suspect(s) broke into the residence through a basement window, “completely ransacked every room in the house,” and then left through a basement glass sliding door.
“The home was left in a state of complete disarray,” said police.
Although, no items have been reported stolen, noted police.
Northumberland OPP is now calling on the public for help, asking anyone with information to reach out to their nearest OPP detachment by calling 1-888-310-1122.
People who want to remain anonymous can also contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Individuals who submit tips through Crime Stoppers do not have to appear in court and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
