UPDATE: March Street in Frankford reopens after tree downs hydro line

The City of Quinte West says March Street in Frankford has reopened after a fallen tree downed a hydro line Tuesday morning.

The road between Maybee Road and Patrick Drive was closed to all through traffic into this afternoon to deal with cleanup.
