County Road 64 in Quinte West has reopened following a serious crash involving a cyclist and vehicle Tuesday (July 29) morning, says OPP.
The investigation into the collision is continuing, but OPP said the cyclist was sent to hospital Tuesday with life-altering injuries.
The crash shut down the road between Barcovan Beach Road and Carter Road until just before noon
