McDonald’s Hospital Day is returning to support “heart care” at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
Today – Thursday, Oct. 2 – select purchases in Trenton will help raise funds for the purchase of four new Holter monitors, which help monitor and diagnose heart conditions.
Here’s what you need to know:
On Thursday, McDonald’s is donating $1 from every Big Mac and McChicken sold to the cause, as well as $0.50 from every medium to extra-large coffee sold.
The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation says customers will make a big difference for local healthcare by simply purchasing any of these items from the menu. Foundation volunteers will also be onsite – primarily in the drive-thru areas – collecting donations.
Participating locations include the McDonald’s at the Trenton Town Centre (266 Dundas St. E.) and Monogram Place, as well as the McDonald’s inside Walmart (2nd Dug Hill Road.)
