Belleville police are calling on the public for help after a pedestrian was allegedly hit by a truck, and police say the driver hasn’t been found.
Just after midnight on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, the Belleville Police Service said officers were called to a disturbance at a business on North Front Street near Tracey Street.
After arriving on scene, police said they found that a pick-up truck had struck a woman in the parking lot.
The truck allegedly fled the area, but police located it a short distance away – however, the driver wasn’t found, reported police.
The woman was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
