If you’re in the market for a new gig, the Work in Quinte Career Fair is back today (Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025.)
Hosted by the cities of Quinte West and Belleville, the free event is bringing together more than 45 Bay of Quinte employers looking to fill full- and part-time positions. The fair is from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.
“The Work in Quinte Career Fair is your opportunity to explore, connect and secure your future right here at home,” said Victoria Watts, a business growth and retention specialist for the City of Belleville.
All job seekers are required to register before entry, so people are encouraged to save time in the check-in process by pre-registering via the Work in Quinte site. Interested attendees are also encouraged to arrive interview-ready and upload resumes online and/or have them in hand to make the most of the opportunity, noted organizers.
“This event is more than a job fair – it’s a strategic platform for forging powerful connections,” said Luisa Sorrentino, an economic development officer with the City of Quinte West. “By bringing together business leaders, agencies and the local workforce, we are creating a collaborative environment designed to foster mutual growth and effectively address current market needs.”
The Work in Quinte website has additional information and is also a free, one-stop hub for local job opportunities.
