
Northumberland OPP is calling on the public for help after an alleged break and enter.
Police said on Oct. 12, 2025, shortly after midday, OPP received a report that a Centre Street Campbellford residence had been broken into.
“The homeowner returned to find an exterior door damaged, and interior items disturbed,” reported OPP. “The individuals were unsuccessful in obtaining valuables.”
Police said a scenes of crime officer was called to assist with the onsite probe.
Further investigation allegedly revealed that several people entered the property at about 11:25 a.m. that day, said police, who have now released images of suspects and a vehicle used to leave the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information around identities or any further information to reach out to the Campbellford OPP Detachment at 705-653-3300 or OPP’s non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. Police provided an E251390733 reference number.
