If you’re looking to get involved with this year’s Santa Claus Parade in Brighton, now is the time.
The date is set for the parade, which returns to light up the downtown on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, starting at 7 p.m.
“This beloved annual event promises festival cheer, musical performances and magical floats created by local businesses, organizations and service clubs,” says the municipality. “Join us for a night of holiday magic and excitement as we welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus to downtown Brighton.”
Applications to participate and put in a float in this year’s parade have also officially opened (and there’s no fee for parade registration.)
The parade will start at the intersection of Alice and Dundas and head along Main Street before turning onto Maplewood Avenue and then to Chapel, then left on Prince Edward and down Elizabeth before ending at the Dundas and Terry Fox Drive intersection.
Officials note that road closures will be in effect as of 6:30 p.m. Nov. 21 and for the duration of the parade.
