High winds, blizzard-like conditions and utility issues have prompted some road closures in Brighton, says the municipality.
Officials say the roads will be closed until further notice.
Impacted locations include Lawson Road – at Lawson Settlement Road and County Road 64 – and Huff Road (south) and Hwy. 2, with Hydro crews at both locations just after 2 p.m. and Brighton Fire and Rescue also on scene on Huff Road.
The municipality said further updates will be provided when more information becomes available.
