After three back-to-back lashings and historic snowfalls, cleanup in Brighton is still ongoing.
The Municipality of Brighton is planning overnight winter snow removal operations starting tonight and again on Friday.
Starting Wednesday and (likely into Thursday) crews will tackle areas north of Sanford Street to Mount Hope Cemetery, including the west and east sides.
On Friday, Jan. 23, the municipality said crews will tackle areas south of Sanford Street to Elizabeth Street, as well as Main to Ontario streets.
Officials are reminding residents if they’re out driving during these operations to be mindful of equipment and personnel in the area.
