The Endless Summer Long Drive event is continuing its rapid growth with organizers announcing a national expansion of its Military Long Drive Championship for 2026.
The competition returns June 25 and 26 to Trillium Wood Golf Club in Belleville and will once again feature a partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces.
After drawing military competitors from Ontario and Quebec last year, organizers say the 2026 Military Long Drive Championship will now welcome participants from across Canada.
Tournament Director Jodie Jenkins says the expansion reflects the continued growth of Endless Summer, which is now entering its fifth anniversary year.
Organizers describe Endless Summer as the world’s largest long drive event, attracting nearly 300 Pro Am golfers, more than 60 elite long drive athletes and over 1,500 spectators annually.
The Military Long Drive Championship is scheduled for the evening of June 25 following daytime qualifying rounds.
Friday’s schedule will feature two Pro Am tournaments along with championship finals held under the lights.
Officials say the military competition has become an important part of the event, helping strengthen ties between the military community and local residents while showcasing the athletic abilities of Canadian Armed Forces members.
8 Wing CFB Trenton officials say expanding the event nationally will further strengthen those connections.
The tournament also supports several charitable organizations including Gleaners Food Bank and the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre.
Tickets and additional information are available through the Endless Summer Golf website.
