Drivers in Quinte West should be aware of a temporary road closure this weekend.
Couch Crescent will be closed to through traffic on Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16 for the annual Quinte West House League Soccer Tournament in Centennial Park.
The closure will be in place each day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Couch Crescent between Bay Street and the Trenton Skatepark.
The road will remain accessible from both sides of the closure area, with access available from Bay Street and Ontario Street. Through traffic will be permitted outside of the scheduled closure hours.
Motorists travelling through the area are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly and allow additional time if necessary.
The temporary closure is scheduled to accommodate the soccer tournament taking place at Centennial Park throughout the weekend.
