Wednesday: ‘Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon’ is a 12-hour fundraising event helping one child at a time, presented by Wilkinson Chartered Accountants in partnership with local radio stations. The radiothon takes place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday: “Stronger Together: Stay ABreast” is a fundraising event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting individuals and families affected by breast cancer. The event takes place at 6 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre Arts Centre in Port Hope, with tickets costing $55. Proceeds will benefit the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation and the Survivor Thrivers dragon boating team.
