Belleville Transit is temporarily abandoning full service and has moved to On-Demand Service only due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Ridership has dropped 80 per cent so beginning Saturday there will be fewer buses operating.
Passengers are asked to take transit only for essential trips like going to work, getting groceries or picking up medication.
There is a FREE On-Demand Transit-Rider App for iOS and Android. You can also book a ride via the Belleville Transit website or calling between 8:30 and 4:30.
