MP Philip Lawrence will now start his second term for the Northumberland-Peterborough South riding after a solid win in the federal election.
Lawrence received 44 per cent of the vote to claim the riding.
When asked about how he feels after his win, Lawrence gave us his take.
Lawrence adds that he is already hard at work and that his first priority is bolstering the local economy by bringing more employment opportunities in agriculture and manufacturing.
