Community Care Northumberland have announced that they are relocating their Cobourg and Port Hope offices into one home in Cobourg.
CCN will move forward with re-locating their Port Hope and Cobourg offices into a new space at 1158 Division Street this month.
Adapting and cost saving measures in an evolving climate were some of the reasons for the relocation.
Founded in 1988, Community Care Northumberland is a not-for-profit organization that provides a host of services including nutrition, transportation, wellness, in-home and hospice services to residents of Northumberland County.
Their programs and services assist seniors, adults with disabilities, those recovering from illness or injury and hospice clients and their loved ones.
