A crash on the 401 has led to charges for a 50-year-old man.
Quinte West OPP say on Friday night, a vehicle ended up in the ditch near Glen Miller Road.
Police say the driver of the vehicle had left the collision scene on foot and was found running westbound on the eastbound side of the highway.
The accused was charged with operation while impaired and will appear in court on February 24th.
