A crash on the westbound 401 has led to the arrest of a 32-year-old Scarborough man.
On Monday morning just before 8, Northumberland OPP were called in after a vehicle lost control near County Road 45 and struck the concrete barrier.
As part of the investigation, officers discovered a loaded hand gun in the vehicle along with body armour.
Kyrie Davis was charged with a slew of offences including possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm.
