A Cobourg woman is facing mischief charges after police were called to a downtown address.
This past Saturday evening, police attended the area of Swayne Street and College Street in response to a report that a woman had smashed a garage window.
Police say they located a woman matching the description provided.
As a result of the police investigation, a 35-year-old woman was arrested and charged with the following offence Mischief Under $5,000
The woman was released with a future court date of April 20th.
