Move more, stress less, cope better – is this year’s theme for “Ride Don’t Hide”
The Canadian Mental Health Association, H-K-P-R, announced June 18th as this year’s event date.
This sixth annual event is slated to be in-person at Nicholls Oval in Peterborough.
The funds from the 2022 Ride Don’t Hide event will support CMHA HKPR’s new Mobile Mental Health and Addictions Clinic, which is being launched this year.
The clinic will serve Peterborough, Haliburton, Kawartha, and Northumberland counties, providing mental health and addictions care to under-resourced and underserviced communities.
