Five Counties Children’s Centre ‘Building Abilities for Life’ Campaign has surpassed its target.
Five Counties Children’s Centre announced that its Building Abilities for Life campaign that began last year has raised more than $277,000, surpassing it’s target thanks in part to the Port Hope & District Health Care Foundation.
What this means is nearly one thousand children in the region will benefit from speech and language treatment provided by the children’s centre.
Lyn Giles, Director of Fund Development with Five Counties says that these funds will enable hundreds of kids and families to get the early intervention that is key to building their abilities for life.
