For anyone looking to take in a furry friend, one local organization needs your help.
K9 Crusaders, an animal rescue based in Port Hope, is looking for people who want to foster or adopt dogs.
We caught up with Jodi Lane, Founder & Managing Director of K9 Crusaders at their Fall Fair fundraiser held this past weekend.
She explained a bit about the organization.
Jodi said foster families are always needed to help house the dogs until they find a forever home.
According to Jodi, fostering a dog can be an emotional experience, but one that’s well worth doing.
