On February 28th, the YMCA Empowerment Series kicks off with guest speaker Ryan Huffman.
The YMCA Northumberland Empowerment Series which will include presentations in communities throughout Northumberland County, specifically in Cobourg, Port Hope, Colborne, and Campbellford.
The series will address topics such as mental health, living with addition, inclusion, the LGBTQ2S+ experience and human trafficking.
YMCA’s Raff Melito told us it’s made possible in part by R-T-O-E-R-O.
Ryan Huffman told us his talk will be a candid look at his journey.
According to Huffman, his regime helps him stay physically and mentally healthy.
