An all-terrain vehicle driver who assaulted a property owner in Lennox and Addington has been charged.
Ontario Provincial Police say officers responded to a report of three males on ATVs trespassing on private property. During a verbal altercation the property owner was attacked. They required treatment in hospital for their injuries.
A 41-year-old Hamilton man has been charged him with assault and operating a vehicle while impaired.
