A 68-year-old Prince Edward County resident has been charged with driving while impaired.
Ontario Provincial Police say they received a call from Hastings Quinte Paramedics about a single vehicle collision on County Road 22 near Airport Lane last week.
The vehicle left the road and hit a tree and the driver was treated at the scene by paramedics, thought to be impaired and taken to the OPP detachment for more testing.
The accused was also charged with driving with a suspended licence.
