United Way Northumberland is thrilled to introduce “Community Matters,” a county-wide initiative aimed at connecting and empowering individuals and families in Northumberland County. This project seeks to engage with our community members, understand their needs, and uncover the strengths and opportunities within our county.
Maggie Darling, Acting Executive Director of United Way Northumberland, expresses excitement about meaningful conversations with the community, shaping future investments and programs. The “Community Matters” survey is accessible at Community Matters Survey (surveymonkey.com).
United Way is collaborating with community partners, emergency services, and local leaders to discover the community’s aspirations, strengths, and opportunities. They extend their outreach to libraries and centers across Northumberland County, valuing the insights of those dedicated to making it an outstanding place for all.
