The Municipality of Brighton could use some “citizen” help.
The municipality is calling on residents who are interested in becoming citizen members of local boards/external agencies.
Council will be considering appointments to the heritage advisory committee (one); the Applefest steering committee (one), and the health services committee (two.)
To participate, there are certain criteria applicants must meet – i.e. applicants must be a resident of Brighton and/or a property owner, and can’t be employed by the municipality, or a local board, notes the municipality.
More specific information is available online and at www.brighton.ca., or by visiting 35 Alice St.
Applications are due no later than noon Friday, April 5, 2024.
