Emergency crews will be working Saturday night to clear vehicles in the ditch on Hwy. 401 westbound near the Shannonville exit after a crash earlier this week.
As previously reported on Monday afternoon, Lennox and Addington and Quinte West OPP responded to a collision between a semi-truck and tow truck on Hwy. 401 between Hwy. 37/Cannifton Road and the Shannonville Road exit.
On Wednesday, East Region OPP said Lennox and Addington OPP recovery of vehicles was set for Saturday, March 30, at 10 p.m. on Hwy. 401 between the Cannifton and Shannonville exits.
“At that time, there will be a lane closure to accommodate the recovery, so expect minor delays when crews are in the area,” said OPP.
