The Bay of Quinte Home Show is back and anticipated to attract nearly 2,500 visitors to the Trenton arena.
Hosted by the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce and the Trenton Kiwanis Club, the show returns starting this Friday, April 26, featuring more than 90 vendors. The show continues Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28, at the Trenton Community Arenas.
Whether you’re looking to “renovate, redecorate or refresh” while planning a new project around the house or garden, the Bay of Quinte Home Show has you covered.
“The wide variety of vendors in the show allows visitors to learn about products and services they didn’t know were available in this area and it gives them a chance to make contact with companies they might not be familiar with,” said event co-ordinator Morgan Scott. “It is an opportunity to be inspired with the latest trends in home updates and learn about lifestyle enhancements.”
Vendors will showcase products, services and more. Attendees can also get tips and advice from the experts.
It’s anticipated the event will draw nearly 2,500 visitors to the arena.
A regional favourite offering “great value to visitors,” the show covers off everything from gardens and landscape design, to roofing, general contractors, pools and hot tubs, custom windows, and so much more.
Admission is $3 per person. Kids can attend for free.
And one special attendee will have a chance to start their spring renovations off with a boost, with a chance to win $1,000 “home show bucks.” There will be other prizes, too.
The two arenas will be packed full of products and services for home renovation projects and leisure activities – the “marketplace” is where folks can do some on-site shopping from vendors offering home products, as well as health and beauty, jewelry, pet products, and more, added organizers.
“Chef Jamie and the team at ‘Barbacoa Boyz’ will be bringing the flavour all weekend long with delicious Caribbean, Mexican and Canadian-comfort fusion foods that’ll make sure the whole family is super-satisfied.”
Show hours are Friday 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
